Peterhof is a consulting firm established in 2009. Our team of professionals offers recognizable services in the domain of business consulting and practical education of professionals. Working with clients is a privilege. A privilege through which we learn, progress, and grow together. From the very beginning we have been guided by the idea of becoming a recognizable and reliable partner who provides apparent value to the client. We want clients to feel that for the money they invested, they are receiving an apparent multiplication in terms of value. We are aware that this is a precursor of sustainable growth.

Our approach, founded on a combination of expert knowledge and acquired practical experience allows us to approach each challenge with dedication and offer a unique solution. We have worked with clients from the real and financial sectors, public and private companies, small, medium, and large companies from different industries (agriculture, energy, pharmacy, banking, commerce, food processing, confectionary, the electric power industry, dairy, construction, and others).

We have completed and submitted to the Republic Fond of Health Insurance dozens of pharmacoeconomic studies for innovative therapies;
We have realized several cost of illness studies and studies of productivity and quality of life in patients suffering from severe illnesses, such as rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, multiple sclerosis and hemophilia;
We have realized a large number of anti-monopoly analyses both economic and legal in nature, as well as participated in a large number of proceedings before the Commission on the side of the client;
We have created a significant number of sales policies in line with the current legal framework in the domain of competition protection;

We have completed several projects for supranational investors (WB, SIDA, USAID, UNDP) in the domain of strategic planning, managing macro-fiscal risk, SME education and promoting sustainable energy;
We have participated in several long-term projects within family succession through raising the capacity of the successor and setting up a new corporate governance model through the transition;
